Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service and/or Express Air. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

$5 surcharge for orders under $500, $15 surcharge for orders up t $1,000, $20 surcharge for orders up to $2,000, and $40 on orders greater than $2,000. Find and add it in the SPECIAL SHIPPING product pages.

Damaged Shipments.

 In the case of a damaged parcel, please inform the Courier immediately. All claims for defective or damaged items are to be filed with Weddings Best. Full credit will not be granted on returned items that have price tags or appear to be shop worn. Although we try to maintain high standards, many items are handcrafted, therefore slight variations may occur. Similarly, we reserve the right to change or alter the design due to availability of raw materials and production difficulties.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Please do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 15 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@weddingsbest.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. There will be a 15% restocking  fee.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

· Original packaging.

· Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

Shipping Rates

Shipping to Nunavut, NWT, and Yukon, Canada: At this time, WeddingsBest.Com does not regularly ship to Nunavut, NWT, and Yukon, Canada. However, if there is a customer that lives in these areas and would like for their items to be shipped to them in these locations, we will do all that we can to find a means of shipment. Please note that the cost may vary depending on the shippers and we will quote that price to the customer before placing the order.
